Two weeks ago students completed a busy Easter exam schedule. Report cards were issued earlier this week. The Easter Honor Roll will be included in next week’s Gazette.

The Spring Prom will be held this Thursday evening from 8 to 12 p.m. The Nocturnals will be supplying the music. Cost of tickets for the prom is $2.00 per couple. Candidates for Prom Queen are Linda Baril, Marianne Fredricksen, Lenore Lynch, Carol Roraph, and Carol Spady. Campaign speeches were heard Wednesday noon, April 15, with the whole school later voting.

Voting will take place this Thursday noon to decide on a name for the Exposition ship. The Exposition will be held with a nautical theme on two nights this year, May 14 and 15.

An assembly was held on Wednesday, April 15, at which reports of the Education in Democracy and the U.B.C. High School Conference were given. These reports will also be included in The Gazette next week.
