The swimming party held February 22 at Renfrew Pool in Vancouver was rather unique among schools, as well as successful. The party was made up of about eighty students and a few teachers. The departure of the buses from the Haney depot was held over waiting for the arrival of the Senior basketball team and cheerleaders who had had a game at Como Lake. At the pool, several races were organized, with everyone getting into the act. All who attended had a good time.
News of the ice skating party held last Tuesday at the Port Coquitlam Sport Arena will be in next week’s Gazette.
Easter exams will commence on Friday, March 26.
This Friday, March 12, will be a holiday for students because of the Teachers’ Convention.
