The Maple Ridge junior high basketball teams travelled to Mission on March 21 with both teams coming out victorious.
The junior boys won by a 32-31 score, while the junior girls trounced Mission 24-10.
Players on the boys’ team for Ridge were Dave Harris, Bob Brooks. George Allen, Robert King, Eugene Scherck, Sandy Morrison, Randy Bissky, Eddy Stipp, Bob Brown, Wayne Meek, and Dick Bandringa.
Players on the girls’ team were Donna McColl, Randy Arber, Tonie Arber, Donna Soles, Pauline Craig, Lenore Lynch, Elaine Hansen, Linda Dale, Daria Ray, Susan Brown and Sharon Bertness.
