Walter is a bartender who serves a drink to Cas Ewa ("Lippy" Espinda).

Later, HPD cop Dean Lyman (Charles Cioffi) comes to the bar, looking for a hooker that hangs out there. Walter is only seen from behind. Lyman says, "I'm looking for a Kelly Mitsui," and Walter asks him, "What do you want her for?" (The subtitle below is incorrect.) Lyman grabs Walter's shirt and tells him, "No, I ask the questions. Now, where is she?"
