After Marcia Bissell (Donna Mills) and her father Sam (Biff McGuire) are arrested, Walter goes to a pay phone and calls Mr. Chong who relays this information to Wo Fat.

Near the end of the show, it looks like Walter is driving the taxi that takes Mr. Chong to the dock where the hydrofoil carrying Wo Fat awaits. I have enhanced part of the picture.
