Violinist Dmitri Rostov (Ed Flanders) is giving a performance including Brahms Violin Concerto for a select audience in Honolulu prior to a concert at the Waikiki Shell. This is interspersed with shots of a white trash criminal duo who later end up in possession of the violin, which almost results in an international incident. Hawaii Five-O has to deal with this.
